Carpet Flooring

Things to have handy for carpet flooring care include some easy to make solutions.

I am very concerned with carpet flooring care because I paid for my new carpet myself. I had really terrible carpet flooring and I ripped it all out and had nice, pretty pink carpet flooring installed.

I have detergent mixed up for carpet flooring care. I mixed ½ teaspoon clear dishwashing detergent with 1 cup of warm water. This is a really good solution for scrubbing with. My niece and nephew have spilled a few things that I was able to clean up easily with my detergent for carpet flooring care. I also have a pre-soak solution for carpet flooring care. I have 1 teaspoon enzyme laundry detergent with 1 cup water mixed together. The enzyme laundry detergent I use is Biz. This has been wonderful.

My niece spilled a drink on the new carpet and I used this pre-soak solution for carpet flooring care and the stain did not set. I keep hydrogen peroxide and ammonia on hand for carpet flooring care. I do not mix this solution ahead of time; I mix it up when I need it. To make the ammonia and hydrogen peroxide solution for carpet flooring care, I mix 1/2 cup hydrogen peroxide with 1 teaspoon of ammonia. I was told to use this within two hours of mixing it, but that has never been an issue as I make it as needed. I have been known to use undiluted household ammonia in my carpet flooring care. I think that it is wonderful at removing tough stains.

I do not like commercially produced carpet flooring cleaners and stick to old standards, like ammonia. I bought some dry powder cleaner just in case of emergency. I am very nervous about keeping my carpet flooring looking great. I also have dry cleaning solvent that I’m a little afraid to use. The dry cleaning solvent for carpet flooring care is a non-oily, non-caustic type of cleaner that is sold for spot removal on carpet flooring. The label says that the dry cleaning solvent

may be flammable, so I have never actually opened it.
